How to move Windows Live Messenger back to the System Tray?

If you’re like me, you didn’t think anything about what happens to Windows Live Messenger when you upgraded your OS to Windows 7. You figured that it would be located in the same location in the System Tray, right?  Wrong.

Now with Windows 7, Messenger wants to be always open on the Taskbar just like your other applications, as shown below: .
